Injuries, and even death, can occur on trails. Does this mean the land owner is liable? Does this mean the trail should be closed to the public? Are trails more dangerous than roads, and should they be treated differently from roads? Attorney James Krueger, who has deep legal experience with landowner liability issues, will speak about these and other related issues at PATH’s next meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, May 4, at 4:30 p.m. at the Kaunoa Senior Center, Room #103, 401 Alakap Place, Spreckelsville .
